Amsterdam WorldPride 2026

Amsterdam is known as a city of tolerance. With 180 nationalities it’s the most diverse city in the World. The diversity is also related to the strong and vivid LGBTQIA+ community, which belongs to Amsterdam and strengthens its atmosphere of tolerance and creativity. It was in 2001 that the world’s first same-sex marriage was conducted by their former mayor. There is pride in this fact and in 2026, Amsterdam will celebrate 25 years of marriage equality. Nowadays, tolerance for and freedom of the LGBTQIA+ community is not widespread. Therefore, the city of Amsterdam has put serious effort into protecting our community. In the summer of 2026, the whole city will celebrate Pride with the World, and WorldPride 2026 will be the perfect opportunity for our Fellow-Ship giests to experience this, while being surrounded by a safe sober community of friends and family.

Fellow-Ship is heading to the biggest Gay Pride celebration in the World!

A Host hotel to house our Fellow-Ship friends and family in the heart of Amsterdam Central, just minutes from all of the major events and the amazing PRIDE CANAL BOAT PARADE!

The Fellow-Ship Host Hotel will be the hub for our Recovery Conference, providing a Sober Retreat within the city, complete with Recovery Meetings, Workshops, Meditation and Sober Social Events

The celebration will start on July 25 for the early arrivals in Pride Park. This is a super accessible event for all ages. In our open-air theater there are a wide-range of performances, with choirs, dancers, drag queens, (inter)national artists, and DJs. We invite you to walk around the entire festival site, as the fields have lots of organized events as well. On the Pride & Sport field you can participate in sports clinics run by LGBT sports associations. Along the way, you will pass 40 pink stalls at the Rainbow Market where various organizations and companies present themselves. On the Youth Pride field, there are workshops, a silent disco, performances, and the annual highlight, the Drag King & Queen election.

WORLD PRIDE Street Parties

Amsterdam Pride has grown into a large Pride celebration. The whole city turns into a rainbow of events, and during the second weekend the roof will literally and figuratively blow off in the city center, with street parties everywhere organized by our LGBT-bars.
