The following Terms and Conditions apply to all travel and travel related Services offered for sale by Fellow-ship Vacations, LLC (“Fellow-Ship”) and/or its officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, or subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as “Fellow-Ship, “we,” or “us”). Fellow-Ship is located at 655 Kensington Place Fort Lauderdale Fl 33305. All bookings of Trips are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Supplier of the Service(s) incorporated in a Trip. By placing an order with Fellow-Ship, you agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of the applicable Suppliers without reservation, and to be bound by the limitations therein. If the Supplier’s Terms and Conditions are ever in conflict with the Terms and Conditions of Fellow-Ship, Fellow-Ship’s terms and conditions will control all issues relating to the liabilities and responsibilities of Fellow-Ship. These Terms and Conditions contain penalties for cancellation as well as certain limitations of liability. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, ask us any questions you have about them and/or consult an attorney before you agree to be bound by them. Guest acknowledges that they have taken note of these Terms and Conditions before making a booking and have accepted the same by: Clicking the online box labeled “I/We agree” or “I accept”. Booking with Fellow-Ship is not possible without your acceptance to these Terms and Conditions. All pricing featured on our website and in brochures are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, Fellow-Ship Itineraries, pricing, policies and procedures are constantly evolving. Fellow-Ship strives to ensure all information listed is correct at the time of publication. However, any information contained herein, including but not limited to pricing, is subject to change without notice. Fellow-Ship reserves the right to refuse to honor any prices that were erroneously printed or quoted. Fellow-Ship is not responsible for any misprints appearing in any online and/or printed media or email communication. Should information differ from these published terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply and be held in force over any future or printed communication. These terms will be updated with any changes that may take place in the future.

*Terms: Fellow-Ship travel services require pre-registration for a Fellow-Ship Event prior to purchasing. Registrations are administrative fees and attendance fees for conference meetings and workshop events, and are not considered a deposit on your vacation package. Vacation packages are purchased separately from your event registration. Registrations do not secure your space for any travel packages. Registrations are a reserved spot to attend the on-site event held at the event destination. Payment plan or paid in full travel packages must be purchased within 24 hours of registering for the event. Pricing is not guaranteed beyond the 24-hour window of your registration.

*Terms: Passwords for vacation purchases are issued through event registrations only after a guest is registered for a Fellowship Event. Password and travel pricing is only valid for 24 hours from the time and date that registration is submitted. Published pricing for travel packages, purchased outside the event registration can change without notice. Fellowship travel services are provided at a separate and an additional cost to registered event guests. A guest can purchase their own travel to attend an event, but will be restricted to only access the designated meetings and workshops held and designated as/for “the conference” under the registration. Guests purchasing travel or traveling outside the group travel reservations are eligible to separately purchase add on event and excursion tickets directly related to the designated conference.

*Travel pricing terms: Pricing is subject to change without notice based on many factors effecting the event, including but not limited to capacity quotas, increase in room block charges, fuel charges and contractual agreements with the vendors. All tour pricing can be adjusted without written notice, once capacity is reached on the initial guaranteed block. All future and subscription cruise payments are subject to the listed and/or posted penalty schedule.

*Cancellation Policy: All CRUISE cancellations are subject to vendor processing fees from date of booking. All registration fees are non-refundable. Initial Cabin Deposits are non-refundable! All future and subscription cruise payments are subject to the following penalty schedule: Days before sailing forfeiture penalty is as follows - Upon cabin booking: - guest forfeits all vendor fees + initial deposit. 270 to 180 days - guest forfeits all vendor fees + initial deposit + 10% of total cost. 180 to 150 days – guest forfeits all vendor fees + initial deposit +25% of total cost/ From 150 to 120 Days – guest forfeits all vendor fees + initial deposit + 50% of total cost/ From 120 to 90 Days guest forfeits all vendor fees + initial deposit +75% of total cost / From 90 days to 0 Days – guest forfeits 100% of all payments.

*Cancellations on all shared bookings booked on double occupancy or more, are the responsibility of all guests booked in the reservation. Once a cancellation occurs with any member within a reservation, it is the responsibility of all guests within the reservation, to either fill the space to cover the cancelled guests balance, or have a replacement guest book to cover the balance due. The cancelling guest must notify all guests within the reservation of the cancellation. It is the sole responsibility of the remaining cabin guests to rebook their own cabin after cancellation. No refunds, if any due will be given until all cabin members verify, they are aware of the cancellation and the empty space is filled or cancelled guests balance is paid by the remaining cabin member(s).

*Cancellation Policy: All CRUISE SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT PLANS: All initial deposits and subscription vacation payment plans are non-refundable upon the submission of the first deposit payment. You may cancel at any time during the payment period, but any paid subscription payments made prior to the cancellation date are subject to Fellow-Ship Vacations terms and conditions. No further payments will be required once cancellation has been submitted to cancel@fellow-ship.org but all funds previously submitted are subject to Fellow-Ship terms and conditions. *Cancellation Policy: All LAND TOUR AND VACATION PLANS PAID IN FULL: All paid in full Land Tour, vacation and event packages are non-refundable from the point of purchase. Paid in full Land Tour and Event packages may be transferred to another guest up until 90 days prior to the event/vacation/tour commencement date. After 90 days prior to the event/vacation/tour commencement date of the event, all Paid in Full packages are non-transferable. Payment plan or paid in full must be purchased within 7 days of registering for the event.

*Payment Terms and Conditions - Payment plan or paid in full travel itineraries must be purchased within 24 hours of registering for the conference event. All initial Cruise or Land Tour subscription vacation deposits are non-refundable upon booking. Future cruise subscription payments are subject to the penalty schedule published in our terms and conditions. Land tour deposits are non-refundable from initial deposit date. All land tour payments are subject to listed terms and conditions and fee schedule for each scheduled event as published on the purchase receipt. All private Fellow-Ship registrations, events and ticket purchases are non-refundable upon purchase. Event registrations are non-transferable. Non-refundable event tickets may be transferred to another Fellow-Ship registered guest, only after you have boarded the ship or arrived at your land tour destination for the Fellow-Ship event. Any no show, cancellation or unused tickets will revert to become the property of Fellow-Ship Events and will be resold or donated by Fellow-Ship Events at their discretion.

*Safety Terms and Conditions - Fellow-Ship Vacations LLC and Fellowship Events Incorporated reserve the right to remove or cancel any guest or person from their travel reservation booked through Fellow-ship Vacations LLC at Fellow-Ship’s discretion. Including but not exclusive of, the individual is being a negative or disruptive force during the preparation of the event. Also, should Fellow-Ship Vacations LLC or any member of their management feel the safety, well-being or security of any guest is compromised or at risk by the presence of another person. Our first responsibility, is to the safety and well-being of all guests booked attending any Fellow-Ship event.

*All Fellow-Ship Events & Activities must be purchased through Fellow-Ship on our events page. All seats/spaces are sold 1st come-1st serve. All Fellow-Ship events & activities are non-refundable after ticket purchase is complete. Our private events are limited and do sell out quickly. Tickets will be issued in order of receipt of payments. ALL QUESTIONS, COMMENTS OR INQUIRIES REGARDING OUR EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES SHOULD BE SENT TO ONBOARD@FELLOW-SHIP.ORG When booking for more than 1 ticket, please make sure you place the names of each guest included in your purchase on the tickets for their tickets to be assigned and valid.

+++Fellow-Ship vacations Host Hotels Terms and Conditions - One-Night Deposit Policy: To secure your reservation, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be charged to your credit card by The Host Hotel for each event at the discretion of the host hotel for confirming and securing your reservation. Refundable Deposit: If you cancel your reservation up to 60 days before your scheduled arrival date at any of our destination events, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up on your scheduled arrival date and do not cancel your reservation, the full deposit will be forfeited. By completing your host hotel booking with Fellow-Ship Vacations, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

*Terms and Conditions - All private Fellow-Ship registrations, events, excursions and ticket purchases are non-refundable upon purchase. Registrations are non-transferable. Non-refundable tickets may be transferred to another Fellow-Ship registered guest, only after either Fellow-Ship sells out the event and tickets are no longer available or you have boarded the ship or arrived at the starting destination for the Fellow-Ship event. Once you have transferred a ticket to a new guest YOU MUST NOTIFY FELLOW-SHIP IN WRITING OF THE TRANSFER OR THE TICKETS WILL NOT BE VALID FOR THE NEW GUEST. Any no show, cancellation or unused tickets will revert to become the property of Fellow-Ship Events and will be resold or donated by Fellow-Ship Events at their discretion.

+++ Notwithstanding any other provision Fellow-Ship and its vendors and subsidiaries will not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under your travel/event Agreement or for any loss to you or any other person to the extent that Fellow-Ship’s performance is prevented, delay occurs, or loss is caused by weather conditions, excessively high or low water levels, exigencies of safe travel conditions, navigation through regulated waters, ports and channels, perils of the sea, storms, acts of God, labor disputes or conflicts, war or warlike conditions, hostilities, blockages, explosion, fire, collision, earthquakes, flood, vandalism, acts of government, legislative enactments, embargo, stranding or foundering or other weather related occurrences that could effect your travel oe the event regardless how same may arise or be caused, or civil commotion, acts or threats of terrorism, riot, insurrection, arrest, order or restraint by any governmental authorities (including those of government and port officials), political disturbance, inability to secure or obtain or failure of supplies including fuel, strikes onboard or ashore, airline strikes, lockouts, shortages, docking difficulties, congestion, customs or immigration restrictions attributable to the travel documents, health certificates, or nationalities of persons participating, directions of underwriters, search and rescue, medical disembarkation of crew or passengers, or any other circumstances beyond Fellow-Ship’s control. 

Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement:

1. In consideration for participating in activities with Fellow-ship Vacations LLC & Fellowship Events Incorporated, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Fellow-ship Vacations LLC & Fellowship Events Incorporated, their officers, agents, servants, or employees (hereinafter referred to as releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any of the personal property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on, or upon any location or premises where the activity is being conducted.

2. I am fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with participating in the many activities associated with Fellow-ship Vacations LLC & Fellowship Events Incorporated, including but not limited to all Fellowship related activities and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in all activities with full knowledge that any activity may be hazardous to me and my person. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, personal property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to personal property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.

3. I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise.

4. I understand that Fellow-ship Vacations LLC & Fellowship Events Incorporated does not maintain any insurance policy covering any circumstance arising from my participation in this event or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. As such, I am aware that I should review my personal insurance portfolio.

5. It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the above-named releasees. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

6. In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Fellow-ship and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (written or oral).
